- Account information: When you link your social media account, we may collect your username, wallet address, and other information you store with your account.
- Campaign information: Information in connection with the reward-based campaigns you participate in or launch on approved blockchain and social media platforms.
- Social media information: Social media handles, engagement information, and content you post.
- Transactions: Wallet addresses or information about who you transact with. Your interactions with third-party wallet services are subject to each wallet provider's respective privacy notice.
- Your communications with us: What you communicate to us, such as through email.
- Surveys: Information you provide if you decide to participate in surveys.
- Interactive features: Anything you submit through messaging features, commenting, forums, blogs, and social pages. Information you share publicly will be considered “public.”

Your privacy choices
- Email communications: Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. You will not be able to opt out of certain communications (e.g., service updates or updates to this Privacy Notice).
- “Do not track”: We do not currently respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.
- Cookies: You may stop or restrict the placement of technologies on your device by adjusting your browser or device preferences. If you do so, the Services may not work properly.

6International transfers of personal information

Rally's processing of your personal information may be supported by one or more lawful bases including performance of contract, legitimate interest, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
9Children's personal information
The Services are not directed to children under 18 (or other age as required by local law outside the United States), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
